Standard room was bright and the food was lovely. Marvellous location, the staff were good. It was located in a good area just off Tennis Courts, the centre of Eastbourne town centre and the beach, a nice place for me.

The room was large and freshly decorated with a good view, I stayed here for 1 night. The restaurant was pleasant and the breakfast was gorgeous with yoghurt, smoked salmon, Hash brown. The location in a calm area was great and stunning and there were shopping malls and interesting independent shops nearby.

The room was nicely decorated and well-equipped when upgraded with a comfortable double bed. Local muffins and fresh fruit served at the lounge area. The location of the hotel was magnificent - relatively close to Night Club.

Great and lovely location very close to the Devonshire Park Theatre The Holiday inn Fish n chip restaurant, and the Conference Centre, I felt safe. I truly enjoyed looking at the sea from the window of the double room.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was not good.

All in all everything was really good, had a perfectly pleasant stay in a pleasant town. The best thing was how efficient and competent the staff were. Views of the sea and Devonshire park were beautiful, the room was fabulous and adequate. It was in a stunning and handy location walk from a railway station. It was set close to the beach.
